Innovations for sustainable food


In response to the limits of industrialized food systems, individuals, associations and private actors are multiplying their efforts to develop alternative, more sustainable ways of producing, exchanging, consuming and recycling. The Chair supports or participates in several projects that identify and analyse these innovations.
